Here I had a problem of login via ldap authentication, it fails, So Does auth_ldap compatible with Odoo 8 ?

Yes Madura. I have been able to get auth_ldap working with Odoo 8. What failure are you receiving?
Look at the log (which by default on debian is located at /var/log/odoo/odoo-server.log) to see what error message you may be receiving.
Also, what type of LDAP server are you trying to connect to?
