I would like to know if someone has already seen this problem.

I have installed on a debian 10 server, Odoo V13 enterprise with the deb package.
I followed the Odoo installation process and i'have seen a lot of tutorials on internet of our community (many thanks for your help).

Everything works perfectly with the internet browser.

We have a problem with the smartphone app

When i open a PDF document with the official Odoo android/iOS Application by the document module/app, it crash with the message :

"Oups! Le serveur a rencontré une erreur interne qui l'a empêché de satisfaire la requête" / "The server encountered an internal error which prevented it from fulfilling the request"

On the other hand, I tested on a windows installation with the windows installer it works without problem.

Do you have an idea?

Version of Odoo : V13 Enterprise (purshased)
Server : VPS - 8 VCPU - 16 Go RAM
Os server :

 - Debian 10 (and also tested with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and 20.04 LTS)--> problem with the documents module on the smartphone application

 - Windows 10 (as a server) --> works fine
