Introduction: YOLA is a prestigious English language center established in 2009, recognized for its highly interactive learning environment and outstanding results. For more than 14 years, driven by the philosophy of Liberal Education, YOLA has accompanied hundreds of thousands of students in achieving top scores in Vietnam—such as IELTS 8.5/9.0, TOEFL 119/120, and SAT 1570/1600—and securing scholarships worth over VND 2,000 billion from the world’s top 100 universities.

Solution: Trobz has accompanied YOLA on its comprehensive digital transformation journey, gradually building an efficient management ecosystem. The journey began with the development of a School Management System (SMS) to comprehensively manage operations and teaching activities. Trobz then implemented a Human Resource Management System (HRMS), developed CRM & Procurement platforms, and finally completed the SMS along with a mobile application for parents and bus management.

Results: The features were designed and arranged in a scientific, modern, and intuitive manner, enabling YOLA to quickly adapt and operate smoothly. The system integrates a full suite of modules - from CRM, ERP, warehouse management, and manufacturing to marketing - seamlessly connecting processes to optimize business performance, providing a unified management platform for both sales operations and customer care.
