Choose the right pass for you
Basic Pass
This event is free and open to all! The Basic pass includes access to the exhibition area, conferences, and workshops. However, the pass does not include food, drinks or access to evening activities. For a more comfortable and complete experience, the Premium Pass offers added benefits such as catered meals, refreshments throughout the day, and exclusive access to networking and evening events.

Your Premium Pass is the ultimate ticket to the entire 2-day Odoo Africa Experience. It is designed to maximize your engagement with every aspect of the event, including the exhibition area, priority access to seated conference sessions, an evening party with an open bar and live musical performances. Lunches, dinners, and drinks are also included.

CEO Pass - 2 days
The CEO Pass includes all the features of the Premium Pass. It also offers exclusive access to a private CEO lounge, private washrooms, direct access to food (no queues) and the opportunity to meet Odoo Executives.

Your entry ticket will be sent to you by email a few weeks before the event.
All ticket prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged where required under Kenyan tax law, at the prevailing rate, on training courses, Premium tickets, and other taxable services supplied in Kenya. Any applicable taxes will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase.
Cancellation policy
- Tickets are 100% refundable until July 16, 2026.
- Tickets are 50% refundable until August 3, 2026.
- From August 4, 2026, no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
One exception would allow a full refund until the day before the event:
- If your visa has been refused, we will require an official letter from the embassy. However, no refund will be issued if your visa application was not submitted early enough to receive a response before the event begins.
All requests for refunds must be submitted by email to odooexperienceafrica@odoo.com before the beginning of the event.
HOW TO PAY
Your Premium or CEO Pass
using Mpesa Virtual Card
Odoo Kenya now supports Mpesa Virtual Card payments to make your registration easier and faster.
If you don’t have a Virtual Card yet, follow these simple steps:
- Open your Mpesa app
- Go to the “Growth” tab
- Activate your Mpesa Virtual Card and accept the terms & conditions
- Access your Virtual Card details
- Use these details to securely purchase your Premium or CEO Pass

Getting there
By public transport
Odoo Experience Africa will be hosted at the Ngong Racecourse - Waterfront Grounds, located along Ngong Road in Nairobi, Kenya. It is a well-known events venue set within expansive green grounds. Attendees can access the Waterfront Grounds via the main Ngong Racecourse entrance off Ngong Road, with clear directional signage guiding guests to the event area.
Getting there
By car
Ngong Racecourse - Waterfront Grounds is located along Ngong Road, which is easily accessible from major residential and commercial areas in Nairobi.
- Western Approaches
From Westlands / Waiyaki Way, Parklands, Lavington, Kileleshwa, or Kilimani: Connect to James Gichuru Road or Valley Road, which link to Ngong Road. Proceed toward Ngong Racecourse. - Northern Approaches
From Thika Road: Join Uhuru Highway toward the city, then connect to Ngong Road via Haile Selassie Avenue or Valley Road and proceed toward Ngong Racecourse. - Eastern Approaches
From Eastlands / Jogoo Road: Drive toward the CBD, connect to Uhuru Highway, then proceed to Ngong Road via Haile Selassie Avenue or Valley Road.
- Southern Approaches
From Lang’ata Road / Karen: Connect to Ngong Road via the Southern Bypass or connecting roads and proceed toward Ngong Racecourse. - From Mombasa Road / JKIA
Join Uhuru Highway toward the city centre, connect to Ngong Road via Haile Selassie Avenue or Valley Road, and proceed to Ngong Racecourse. - From Nairobi Expressway
Use the Expressway from Mombasa Road or Westlands, exit toward Uhuru Highway, then connect to Ngong Road via Haile Selassie Avenue or Valley Road. Continue toward Ngong Racecourse. Toll charges apply and vary by distance; payment is cashless via Expressway tags, M-Pesa, or supported electronic payment methods.
Parking
On-Site Parking
- Ngong Racecourse has a dedicated parking area with a capacity of approximately 1,500 vehicles. Parking is free for event attendees, but spaces can fill up quickly during large events like Odoo Experience Africa. Attendees are therefore advised to arrive early to secure a spot.
- VIP ticket holders get designated parking.
Shuttle Services
For added convenience, shuttle services will be available from the main Ngong Racecourse entrance to the Waterfront Grounds. These shuttles will run frequently throughout the event, ensuring a quick and comfortable transfer for all attendees, especially those coming with public transport or by foot.
Tip: plan to park at least 30 minutes before sessions start to avoid delays.

Yes, you can attend Odoo Experience Africa with a free Basic Pass. This includes access to keynote talks, conferences, exhibitions, and workshops. Remember that the Basic Pass does not include snacks, food, drinks nor after party access. To have these benefits you must purchase a Premium Pass or a CEO Pass.
Yes, attending the event can be free for exhibitors.
To exhibit at Odoo Experience, you must purchase a fully equipped booth, available in Standard or Premium formats. In addition, each member of your team attending the event must hold an individual pass.
Available pass options include Basic, Premium, and CEO passes. The Basic Pass is free but only provides access to the event, not the snacks, food, drinks, and after party.
A Premium Pass gives you access to the full event program (all talks and sessions), catered lunches and drinks, evening activities and social receptions, and networking opportunities. (Benefits are detailed on the ticketing section of this page.)
A Master Class is an intensive, two-day paid training course held just before Odoo Experience (September 1st and 2nd, 2026). It's an opportunity to enhance or refine your skills. You can choose from a list of functional or technical topics and learn from top Odoo experts. A MasterClass ticket costs $350.
Your ticket will be sent to you via email a few weeks before Odoo Experience Africa 2026. Make sure you use a valid email when registering.
Yes, you may cancel or modify your registration. Refer to the official cancellation policy for exact deadlines and refund levels (full refund deadlines, partial refunds, etc.). Contact the event organiser directly for changes.
Yes, if you need to update the name on your ticket, email the event team with the current name and the name you want to replace it with.
All our conferences are broadcast live on YouTube, allowing you to watch them live or on demand.
Badges are issued on site at the event upon presentation of the QR code from your confirmation email. However, due to limited on-site printing capacity and to help reduce congestion at registration, attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive with their badges already printed whenever possible.
That depends on your nationality and Kenyan entry requirements. Check with the Kenyan embassy or consulate in your home country and apply early if required.
Yes. Official visa invitation letters can be prepared and issued upon request for participants who require them to attend the event. Requests must be submitted in advance, and letters will be provided in a timely manner in line with Kenyan visa requirements.

No. The event team does not cover visa, travel, or accommodation costs. You are responsible for these arrangements.
There are many hotels and accommodations in Nairobi near the event venue (refer to the “Stay” section of this page. It’s best to book early since availability can fill up for large events.
