We’re bringing our global success home to a new local office in the Philippines, and we are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to lead all the HR operations for our Philippines entity. You will act as the local HR authority while aligning with regional and global standards.
If you are someone with a strong local labor law knowledge, operational discipline, and sound judgement, and ready to take part in building a new office from scratch, we want to meet you.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Own end to end HR operations including payroll, statutory compliance, contracts, benefits, and employee lifecycle management
• Act as the subject matter expert on Philippines labor law and local HR practices
• Set up and maintain compliant HR processes aligned with regional frameworks
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
• Handle disciplinary cases, employee issues, and terminations with legal awareness and sound judgment
• Support office setup from an HR and compliance perspective
• Work closely with finance and regional HR on reporting, audits, and process improvements
Must Have
- Solid hands on HR operations experience in the Philippines
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of local labor law and statutory requirements
- Ability to operate independently as the first local HR hire
- Clear communication and strong professional judgement

- Experience supporting new entity or office setup
- Exposure to regional or global HR environments
- Experience in fast growing or technology driven companies
