It's good to know that Odoo11 is finally out. Thanks for the release. I have a doubt in Odoo10. How can we actually override the data files in Odoo10. To be even more specific let me take an example which illustrates in a better way.

For example, say I want to change the salary rule BASIC in payroll salary rules from contract.wage to contract.wage * 0.6 using a custom module. 

How can I achieve this? Help needed!
