It's still a work in progress, but in the end we want to use similar terms and 
condition as google play or apple app store.

Currently we simply use the website_sale_digital module, so the customer 
receive an invoice from Odoo. And the seller has to invoice us the 70% like 
the old CTP program.

In future we would like to change the system so that Odoo apps will be a 
market and the sales will occur between the customer and the app seller.

My answers reflect the goal not the current status.

Nope, you sell to customers, we will invoice you the distribution cost of 30%.

No the product is linked to the latest version of the module on apps.

Yes the price is the sum of its dependencies.

We would like to introduce a 24h refund.

No, change the manifest and it will be updated within 24h.

We will pay you by wire transfer, IBAN in europe, i'm not sure about the US it 
might be checks.

We will invoice you the 30%, if you are company in europe you may deduct VAT.

Nope you will be responsible to declare and pay the taxes, in europe we will 
compute them for you but you will have to pay them.
