I would like the customer to fill in a field that is visible in the back-end for the Helpdesk model on the website (help, ticket form)
For example Type: Question or Disruption (indicident).
How can I easily set this up?
If I Google, I can't find it. This functionality may not be available yet. does anyone have experience?
Context: If the customer chooses a question, I can generate a lead with an automation.
