Odoo Avalara / Avatax integration - where do I find my API ID, API KEY, COMPANY CODE?

Question

I have visited https://buy.avalara.com/signup [1] and signed up for an Avalara account.

I have access and have logged into https://sandbox.integrations.avalara.com [2]

Where do I find the information Odoo needs to connect?

Odoo requires three pieces of information.

If you have been sent an email telling you your Account Name, Account ID and License key, you only need one other piece of information, your Company Code.
If you have not been sent the email, you can click GENERATE LICENSE KEY as shown below, by accessing the links from SETTINGS in the Avalara dashboard:
