Hello. I need some consultative notices.
I want to create 4 companies. All of them have different work flows. But there are some jobs(tables) that are related between them.
Is it necessary to create different databases for each company or create one database and define multi companies there?!

You should use multicompany in a single DB. Although there are a lot of problems using multicompany environment.
