Hi  Juan Carlos Gonzalez [1] ,

You can take database backup 2 ways in OpenERP / Odoo .

1. PgAdminIII  - ext ".backup"

2. Manage Database - login page you will see. (ext ".dump")

If you running Odoo, uninstall Website_builder module. Hence you can see the point no.2.

Are you talking about bdd backup? If yes, of course. At buttom of the login page you will see *"Manage Database". *Follow up and you can make backup of your database.
