Baptiste is part of Odoo since 2018 after an abroad experience. He built an expertise in the technical support for the always growing needs on the mailing subject. Often stuck by the unknown and vast mailing world, it was required to test and build an expertise on it.
Quentin joined Odoo in early 2021. He started as Business Analyst and implemented several projects. Since 2022, he joined the tech expertise team to improve his knowledge on technical topics and help his colleagues and customers on Studio and other technical matters.
After understanding the new features and theories in part one, it's time to put them to use! In this hands-on session, we'll practice using Odoo's tools to enhance your email communications with customers. It's all about learning by doing, so come ready to dive in and experiment with what you've learned!
