Lois Rilo is ERP Consultant Manager at ForgeFlow with both functional and technical skills that enables him to have a wide and deep understanding of Odoo implementations and help companies have efficient digital processes. He has been involved in numerous Odoo implementations worldwide, helping companies of different sizes and sectors to improve their processes and results. In the Logistics world he is recognized by being endorsed Demand Driven Planner instructor by the Demand Driven Institute (DDI) and co-author of the ForgeFlow's DDI compliant software solution.
In this talk we'll review the steps towards an efficient supply plan and how Odoo can assist and help. The journey starts at demand planning by describing the best practices and some of the most common errors when dealing with product sales forecasts. The next step is stock planning and having a correct and controlled amount of inventory in the relevant products that helps us improve our ROI and achieve the company's goals. The last step will be supply planning, which will give us our supply picture in the mid term allowing us to make good decisions and enabling our suppliers to be better suppliers. At the same time, all this process is a continuous improvement cycle in which we become more and more efficient with each iteration.
The talk will also include a demo of specific applications built on top of Odoo that can help push your supply chain to the next level.
