Managing all sides of your company is tremendously complex in the car dealership and garage sector. Keeping high-level KPIs in mind while managing teams on the ground are a common challenge for many managers.
In this speech, we will show you how Odoo changed and improved our way of working, with an amazing integration that made us use (almost) only one tool for (almost) everything in the company. Centralized costs, but also centralized information and processes.
Making this effort for one company is also making it possible to spread the word to other companies: we went multi-company in franchising our car dealership concept. A tool like Odoo was almost mandatory for us to successfully achieve our goal and manage 3 companies in one single tool.
