Starting an office from scratch amidst a global pandemic presented Odoo with some unprecedented challenges. The purpose of this interview will be to discuss the organizational challenges faced in starting Odoo's new office in Buffalo, NY during the pandemic, and furthermore to dive into both the risks and the rewards of embarking on such a journey during such peculiar times.
