In odoo 18 enterprise.subscriptions do only generate an invoice but do not send the invoice automatically by email. I searched for an option to configure this, but there is none. I also manually run the scheduled action for mailing invoices. It just executes but does nothing. Couldn't find any reason why it does not.
How to enable this?

There is an option in recurring plans to select invoice email template, if you set the email template, the invoice will be sent automatically.
