My requirement is need to digital signature on res.users or hr.employee for print signature out on the any form, e.g., so form, po form, invoice form and etc, Is there any module ? or any suggest to do this.

Hi,
If you are using enterprise version, then we have a default module named sign.
For community version some apps are available regarding signature in sale, purchase and invoice.
