modulenotfounderror: No module named 'PyPDF2.utils'

Question

Hello, I have had a few databases running on this server for some time. Suddenly all fail and from the logs I see "modulenotfounderror: No module named 'PyPDF2.utils'"
I am running PyPDF2==2.12.1 as per the requirements.txt.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,
This is a bug introduced in the core recently and it is expected to get fixed by this commit:  https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/129707 [1]    [2] . This is not merged yet, till then you can apply the patch directly in your odoo instance or you can change python version to less than 3.11
