Fresh install of mobile app Odoo. Self hosted odoo server.
When I want to login to server I get error message 
Unable to connect with your Odoo server [404]
But only on android. iphone login was without problems.My odoo server is behind HAproxy. But there is not any logs from time android login ...

sorry I can't comment your messsage.
I tried it with more dbfilers but without any success.

Just had the same issue, its stupid. You MUST have https:// prefix in the URL field. This was not required previously.
Odoo should add this by default, I'll log a ticket.

try to add  filter in dbfilter field in the odoo.conf

dbfilter = ^.*$

is there anybody with on premise installation with mobile app ?

We currently try on premise installation and we have the same problem with you.
We are currently try to configure SSL for that database, though we still on progress.  
Have you tried to configure the SSL?

Solution is very simple. You cannot use oddo in third domain identifier. If you create new URL like erp.company.ltd 
Odoo will work ...
