All my customers are private person. Can I change default from Company Address to Home Address?

Dear Ying,
First, you need to select the customer as Individual radio button then you can see and the choose the address type as Private Address option in Odoo 13
If they are defined as a contact for a company, their address is typically the company address. The system will default the company address but allow you to update it to a different address, if needed.
If they are private individuals, they should not be associated with a company.

I don't have xp so can only comment here to update my question: I am using Community version deployed on AWS. I can't see the Address Type dropdown list shown in Ajin A K answer.
