The HR system was enhanced to automate employee onboarding, payroll, and attendance tracking, while the procurement workflow for medical supplies was customized with vendor tracking and multi-layered approvals. Inventory management was optimized for critical items such as lab consumables, medical equipment, and uniforms, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. Sales workflows were tailored to support institutional services and internal billing processes. Additionally, we developed custom dashboards to provide real-time insights into HR KPIs, inventory status, and departmental performance.
