Arcos Network
The Albertine Rift Conservation Society (ARCOS) was founded in 1995 as a regional conservationorganisation with the sole focus on the Albertine Rift biodiversity conservation. ARCOS has grown and
upscaled its geographic areas of intervention from the Albertine Rift region to Africa Great Lakes and
Africa Mountains.
In 2012, ARCOS received the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institution as a recognition of
its work in championing the promotion of collaborative conservation and development actions in its
areas of intervention. ARCOS is a registered Charity and Company Limited by Guarantee in the United
Kingdom. It is also registered in Uganda and Rwanda as an International NGO.

Our team, as Odoo ERP experts, crafted a tailored solution to address these challenges:
- ERP Implementation: We implemented the Odoo ERP system, including modules for CRM, sales,
inventory, and accounting, to centralize operations.
- Customization: We customized Odoo to align with the client's unique workflows and needs.
- Data Migration: We migrated data from their legacy systems to ensure a smooth transition.
- User Training: Comprehensive training was provided to ensure all employees could effectively use

● About the Business:INTER BUSINESS COMPANY Ltd is a leading company that has been operational
since 2010 to date. They specialize in import and distribution of various lab commodities
and medical products. INTER BUSINESS COMPANY Ltd also imports and distributes
agriculture and animal husbandry equipment, veterinary products, agri-veterinary
laboratory equipment, chemicals and reagents.
● Our contribution :
We provided INTER BUSINESS COMPANY Ltd with a fully integrated solution to
streamline their operations by unifying billing, sales, and Rwanda’s EBM system on a
single platform. Previously, they managed billing through Microsoft Word templates and
processed invoices manually with the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA). By
implementing Odoo SH V17 and integrating essential modules CRM, Purchase,
Inventory, Sales, POS, and our custom-built Odoo IntuitFlow module (EBM) we enabled
seamless synchronization of invoices and bills with the RRA, drastically reducing
manual tasks and improving operational efficiency. The CRM module now allows them
to efficiently manage and track tender information, further enhancing their overall
