server specifications for runing odoo 9 community??

We are planning of setting up odoo 9 community for our company. 

The Number of  company employees is 320 person.

Here are a few quesition will be raised:

1-What version appropriate ubuntu(desktop or server, edition??)???

2-What version appropriate postgresql and python???

3-What hardware sizing and brand(RAM ,CPU, HD ,...)????

4-Estimate database & drive???
