My website visitors are failing to access the courses in the frontend. However, in the backend the courses are visible, published and access has been given to everyone.
when the frontend users opens the link, no course is showed and there is a message "No Course created yet."

Hi,
If a customer buys a course while not logged in, Odoo does not automatically link that sale to their portal account — so even after payment they get no access.
Manually merge the newly created contact with the portal user contact then the user gets course access.
If merging every time is inconvenient, consider customizing the flow: force users to login before purchase — this avoids the merge issue.

Thank you for a quick reply. In this situation, Assume that the user has not yet purchased the course, he has just logged in. Once he or she decides to view the course page, he or she finds that the course are not visible visible and there is a message which says "No Course created yet." But in the backend the courses had been published and access given to everyone.
