How do I get apps for an odoo 14 local install? My subscription says one app free, but is it possible to download it for use in a local server installation?

One App free is on Odoo Online, This offer includes unlimited users on the cloud.
To get Odoo source code for Community Edition:
https://www.odoo.com/page/download
To Install refer:
https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/administration/install/install.html
Locally you cannot use one app free, this offer only on cloud.
But yes, you can install community version locally without any license issue.
I have it installed on a local server, but the app Sign is listed as "upgrade." So basically it's impossible to get this app on a local community install of Odoo?
