I've asked this question before and I've done a good bit of research on it, but I'm not getting to an answer so I ask again.  

I'm running Odoo on windows 8.1 at Version 8.0-6d509c0

How does this translate into a minor upgrade version for example 8.0.6 or 8.0.15?

Seriously I want to know.

Where do I get the patch/upgrade/service files for windows?  I see this http://nightly.odoo.com/8.0/nightly/exe/

However it does not line up with the previously mentioned 8.0.6 or 8.0.15.  

This information has got to be somewhere.
