Hello, first of all I suggest you post your questions in English so you'd get more responses from the community.
For the installation steps, on windows it's really easy. You just download and launch the installer, and it would do all the work for you (see the official doc: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/11.0/setup/install.html )
Though I highly recommend using ubuntu/linux system, which would make the installation of python libraries easier for 3rd party apps. You can simply run Yenthe's awesome install script: https://github.com/Yenthe666/InstallScript
