Hello,

I have version 9 of odoo and I can not know how to add a carrier with a cost and that is reflected in "Value of inventory"

What is the correct way to add a "shipping expense" to a purchase?

Hi Daniel Diaz,

You can use Landed cost for this situation.

Landed cost configuration:

1. Activate the landed cost in Inventory --> Configuration --> Settings

2. Create a service product for the landed cost (eg: Shipping charge)

and tick the landed cost and select a splitting method.

3. Set the selected product category as Real price costing method and Perpetual inventory valuation method.

also, select stock input and output accounts.

4. Create a landed cost. Inventory --> Inventory control --> Landed costs

Hope this will help you.

Thank you...

Thanks for answering.

That system already knew it but I do not see it correct.

The invoice of my supplier must have an item that is "transport" before receiving the products.

The "landing cost" system only suits me when I receive the stock
