i'm looking for the solution for connect my local bio-metric attendance device with cloud server which install odoo 10.i have tow solution for that,
1.connect my local device with static IP
2.Use VPN
anyone know different method to full fill my requirement, please give me the solution. waiting for your comments guys.

CAMS (http://camsunit.com) machines are providing the WebAPI for fingerprint/card/face based biometric attendance machines. It associates a server URL with the machine, and then machine will call back the associated server during every time a attendance gets registered. There's a chance that IP of your country isn't supported by odoo. In this case, use VPN services. You can find articles on the subject here http://cooltechzone.com/

an idea :
use port forwarding to your device (if it's ZK , it's port 5500)
then use a dyndns domain to register on your cloud odoo
