Error when connecting an IoT box to Odoo / Odoo 17.

Question

I am encountering the error `ERR_IOT_HTTPS_LOAD_NO_CREDENTIAL` when trying to set up the IoT Box.

Additionally, I need to know where I can find the "Contract Number" required for setting up the IoT Box HTTPS  Certificate.

The instructions mention that the database should be a production instance.
Is it possible to work on the IoT Box localhost ?

Any idea about how to resolve this error ?

Hello,
For most of the flows, if you are interacting in localhost, you don't need the HTTPS certificate.
Be careful if you use the connection token to make sure to change it manually to your LAN IP address. If you keep localhost or 127.0.0.1 the IoT will fail to connect to the database (as it will not know the database IP).

Contract Number should be your enterprise key. Please let me know if it works after providing your key in that field.
