Error related to Intermediate Location (location_dest_id) when trying to create a new sale quotation

Question

The operation cannot be completed:
- Create/update: a mandatory field is not set.
- Delete: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead.
Model: Stock Move (stock.move)
Field: Intermediate Location (location_dest_id)

please help why is this happening.

Hi, I was also facing the same error.
Go to Inventory > Configurations > Operations Types > Delivery Orders.
In Delivery orders you have to select the destination location as Partner/Customer.
I hope this solves the problem.

This error occurs when a necessary field is left blank when creating or editing a record in Odoo.

In your situation, you need to provide a value for the field named location_dest_id.
