Hi All,

I need to change the default logo and favicon to my company's logo and favicon resp. It should apply to the companies newly created as well. 

Tried inheriting res.company model. But both _get_logo and company_icon methods dint work.

Also tried setting the icon in db, but couldn't find the image field in neither res_partner & res_company table

Can anyone suggest the rightful

Odoo has a user interface. You may want to learn about it before you start coding :-)

Hi Roshna:

For the logo, go to Settings > General Settings. The logo can be updated by either clicking on Update Info below the company name and editing the logo or by clicking on Manage Companies and editing each company and setting the logo for them.

For the favicon, go to Settings > Website​​​​​ and set the favicon in the Website section. I use this for favicon

and this for logo
