Assign Automated Action

Question

Hello.
i'm creating an automated Action of type  "creation new activity".
I have created in a SO new field related to res_partner.
I want that the activity is assigned to the User set in that field.
I try to set this  field  in User Name, but it doesn't works.
What Value should i insert in in User Name field?

just you can do simple like this.
automated action, model-lead/opp , triger option-on creation. action to do-create acitivity. the record. field -activities(crm.lead), select activity and user.
