Ravago was founded by Raf Van Gorp in 1961, Belgium. It was born out of the innovative idea to recycle post-production plastic waste generated from petrochemical companies. From there, Ravago grew by expanding their product portfolio and branching out to international markets.

It entered India through a joint venture with Shah Polymers in 2015.

This union became the foundation of Ravago’s presence in India. In a matter of a few years, it scaled up with multiple branches across the country and in 2018, Ravago Manufacturing India emerged to strengthen its position.

Today, the Ravago Group is the number one service provider in the global market of plastics, rubber and chemicals. It has footprints in over 60 countries, distributing plastic, rubber, and chemicals to more than 25,000 manufacturers without compromising on its 45,000+ customers.

Ravago's 7,000 employees, who are spread across various nations and cultures work in a unified spirit, prospering in every soil.

Ravago Manufacturing India is the manufacturing foothold of Ravago India. Armed with modern and state of the art equipment operated by experienced specialists, we tailor make compounds of engineering thermoplastics and elastomers. We are also able to handle a wealth of polymer compounding and tolling for our strategic global partners.

Incorporated in 2018, our goal is to be the best in class solution provider for our customers across relevant industries. We plan to expand the manufacturing base in India by setting up additional plants catering to tolling partners and direct markets.
