Odoo V12 JavaScript how to use it correctly in my module views

Hello,
I'm a new Odoo12 javascript extends BackboneJS, developer. I'm here today to know how can i create an actionmanger object to use it into my module views because the odoo official javascript guides is not helpful ?
Please helps and thanks for all response or documentation
