With a background of 17 years of experience in ERP implementations, Lucas joined Odoo in 2020 as Business Analyst and since 2021 he leads the great team of Manufacturing Experts whose main missions are: implementing the Manufacturing applications in high-complex projects, providing support to the fast-growing team of business analysts as well as to partners facing challenges in the industry, and collaborating closely with the R&D team to provide solid information to contribute with the evolution of the Manufacturing apps.

Milana's first dip in the digitalization world was when in her last years of university she started working as Chief Operations Officer in an IT consultancy start-up. After being on the managing side of the business, she wanted to challenge herself and try herself in the consultancy field. So she joined Odoo as Business Analyst. Manufacturing quickly sparked her interest and she joined the MRP Expertise team. Working on quickstarts and large accounts in different industries makes her passionate about improving the application and contributing to the Roadmap of the new version's.
