Le principal défi était de digitaliser et centraliser la gestion administrative, financière et projet, tout en offrant une vision claire des marges futures et des budgets.
Nous avons implémenté la comptabilité avec des flux d’approbation, optimisé le timesheeting, la soumission d’expenses et les demandes de congé. Le module CRM a été enrichi d’une page de forecasting pour calculer les marges, anticiper les budgets, et générer automatiquement des devis. Les flux d’achats fournisseurs et de ventes de projet sont entièrement intégrés, avec gestion des CC/Cci et export vers Power BI. Nous avons également mis en place l’export des chèques‑repas et salaires pour SD Works.
Résultat : gain de temps significatif grâce à l’intégration Power BI, meilleure gestion des absences, centralisation de l’information et remplacement des tâches manuelles auparavant réalisées par des profils expérimentés, qui peuvent désormais se concentrer sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée.
