Across all programs, the focus is on supporting community-led change. Whether through farmer-to-farmer training, local seed networks, or initiatives like Rural Women Cultivating Change, people are organizing, advocating, and transforming their food systems. Together, they are not just growing food—they are growing justice, sustainability, and lasting resilience.

We aim to make Ummah Mosque an active institution that resembles the Prophet Mohammed’s Mosque where it was more than a place to pray. It was a place to learn Islam and Quran, a place to pay zakat to the needy, a place to get together for weddings and parties, a place for kids to play and have fun, and most importantly a place in which the wisdom of living Islam materializes. In essence, the aim is to render the mosque a hub around which the Muslims’ life revolves.
