As an Odoo integrator, we use the platform to manage several aspects of our own operations. Our CRM allows us to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, helping us maintain an efficient pipeline. We are also developing a new website that will highlight our services, generate leads, and integrate seamlessly with the CRM. For project management, we rely on Odoo to coordinate client implementation projects, timelines, and tasks, ensuring smooth delivery. Our Helpdesk module supports clients after go-live through a structured ticketing system and fosters internal knowledge sharing. Additionally, we’ve developed a custom Installed Base app to track all client-specific customizations, providing clear oversight and simplifying maintenance.
