Multi-Branch ERP, Operations & Automation Ecosystem

Challenge: A holding company operating across multiple governorates and business units needed a centralized digital system to connect branches, unify operational data, improve management visibility, and support faster decision-making.

Solution: A shared ERP and operations ecosystem was designed, including executive dashboards, operational applications, delivery workflows, marketing activity tracking, HoReCa eCommerce ordering, warehouse planning, automation tools, and smart cooling/freezing control concepts.

Result: The project created a connected digital operations environment that improved visibility, automated major workflows, reduced manual work, enhanced traceability, and supported stronger operational control.

Two-Floor Hypermarket Planning & Automation

Challenge: A two-floor hypermarket required a structured retail and warehouse model to improve shelf visibility, warehouse-to-store replenishment, inventory control, and checkout operations.

Solution: A market-based planogram, shelf availability tracking, min/max replenishment logic, system-generated internal transfers, receiving verification, inventory counting, sorting processes, and automated payment support were designed.

Result: The result was improved shelf control, better stock accuracy, faster daily operations, reduced manual intervention, and a more modern customer checkout experience.

Integrated Bakery Production & Cafe Operations

Challenge: A bakery and cafe operation needed an integrated system to manage purchasing, production, costing, recipes, waste tracking, pricing, sales, table service, and delivery workflows.

Solution: An operational flow was designed to connect kitchen and production activities with cafe sales operations, including recipe-based production, ingredient control, production costing, finished goods transfer, display area control, and customer order processing.

5,000 m² Smart Warehouse Layout & Barcode Operations

Challenge: A large FMCG warehouse required a structured layout and barcode-based operations model to improve receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.

Solution: A warehouse model was designed around racking distribution, ABC layout, FEFO, FIFO, location coding, barcode scanning, receiving and picking workflows, holding areas, approval steps, cycle counting by zone and shelf code, and replenishment visibility.

Result: The result was improved stock accuracy, faster receiving and picking, better traceability, reduced operational errors, stronger inventory control, and better warehouse capacity utilization.
