i get the error "You have to setup the Reports Header & Footer Layout" while printing POS sales details for my 2nd company. it works fine the for the 1st company. I am trying out Enterprise edition before I purchase the license.

In Odoo 11, I had the same issue and I followed these steps:
1. Enable the developer mode
2. Goto Settings >> General Settings
3. In General Settings, under the Business Documents section, you will see Document Template and option to choose a Template. Select Standard in that selection box and save it.
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
