Holding a Master's Degree in Communication Sciences, Marie joined Odoo in September 2018 as a Functional Consultant, after almost ten years of professional experience. From this date to mid-2019, she managed the implementation of Odoo SaaS in about 20 SMEs from various industries. As of mid-2019, she joined the Functional Consultant’s Presales Team and helped to build the foundations of the current presales processes.
Marie has been involved in around 40 presales projects and conducted herself around 10 ROI analyses in both MEs and larger companies from various industries. At the beginning of 2021, she increased her responsibilities to manage the presales team and processes. She fosters the continuous improvement of the ROI and presales processes.


The ROI analysis... Many of you are still wondering what it is exactly, how it is performed, and why and when to perform it!
This talk aims to clarify the mystery of the ROI analysis, with a particular focus on the methodology. Dedicated phase for large or complex implementations, included in smaller projects, the ROI draws its processes directly upon the Odoo Implementation Methodology, but with its specificities.
