Market Place Integration

Shipping Carriers 


Managing Shipping is an integral part of online selling. Sellers across the world use various shipping carriers based on their location and the kind of products they sell.  Emipro’s Shipping Solutions enable a seller to send their order details from Odoo to their respective shipping carrier and fetch various details, such as shipping label,  tracking number, shipping cost etc. back into Odoo. Payment Gateway

Just like a wide range of shipping carriers is necessary for order fulfillment, a seller would need multiple options to receive payment from his customers. Depending on various factors, a seller may choose to accept payments through one or more payment gateways. Emipro has built several payment acquirers for Odoo, such as PayPal Pro, Spreedly, Multisafe Pay, Square, eWay, Ecorepay, 2Checkout & many more.   


Return Merchandize Authorization 

Managing product returns is an integral part of an online selling business. Emipro’s RMA solution lets a seller efficiently manage product returns in Odoo. When a customer returns a product, there are three possible actions to be taken.    

Refund: A seller has to provide a refund to the customer. A credit note is created in Odoo and it triggers a refund in Amazon. Odoo also creates a product receipt of the returned product and adjusts inventory accordingly.

Replacement: In case of replacement, if the same product has to be replaced, Odoo creates a receipt of the returned product and creates a new delivery of the newly replaced product to the customer. In case of a different product to be replaced, Odoo creates a receipt of the returned product and the sales order of the different product along with its invoice & delivery order.

Repair: In case of repair, Odoo creates a receipt of the returned product to be repaired, and it also creates a new delivery of the repaired product.   


Dropship Solution 

A dropshipper is an online seller who doesn’t reserve any inventory of his own. He simply receives an order from a customer and asks a vendor to fulfill that order for him. Odoo already provides the workflows to manage various dropship operations. Emipro has developed a solution that enables an online seller to directly connect with dropship service providers and vice versa. The solution lets a dropship seller import the product catalog and stock from a dropship service provider. When the seller receives an order from a customer, he can send the order details from Odoo to the dropship service provider via our solution so that the order can be fulfilled. The solution works both ways, so that if a dropship service provider is using Odoo, they can export product catalogs & stock to a seller and get order details from them. 

 

Advanced Procurement & Reordering 

As a business, running out of stock can prove to be a nightmare. It not only affects the bottom line, but also the future sales. With an advanced reordering system in place, it can become easy to handle reordering and procurement of all products across all the warehouses. Odoo, by default, does not provide facilities to place orders automatically based on rules. To overcome this situation, we have developed an advanced reordering solution for Odoo, which can handle any automatic purchasing needs of a business. This solution addresses 2 underlying problems of a business: 1) What to order? 2) How much to order? This solution automatically calculates what to order and how much to order. It even goes a step further, and also takes into account procurement rules so that demand and supply is maintained across all warehouses.
