Caravela is a Coffe distributor. We source outstanding Latin American coffee from small farmers determined to reward the passion, and recognize excellence. We soon learned that to accomplish this, we needed to be present, focusing on the people that make great coffee happen – coffee producers and roasters – while demonstrating a tireless commitment to quality and transparency at every level, from farm to cup. We work in eight Latin American countries from Mexico to Peru, specializing in washed Arabica coffee of the highest standard from smallholder farms. We buy from small farms, paying for quality, not status, and separate lots according to quality, cup profile, and region.
