join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco!

What we expect

Odoo is seeking to significantly expand its vibrant and innovative Talent Acquisition team. Apply to work within an organization that values independence, flexibility, and personal growth.

Here at Odoo, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for growing our SF team to the next level; from the sourcing of candidates to the qualification, interview, and onboarding for new employees. (40+ new employees expected in 2019).

You will work closely with Hiring Managers in order to make effective hires. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

  • Create job descriptions and post to various sites

  • Review resumes, phone screen and interview qualified candidates

  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to hire qualified talent in a timely manner

  • Perform occasional HR Administrative duties such as helping with new hire setup/orientation

Must Have
  • Bachelor Degree or higher
  • Approximately 2+ years of recruiting experience in a related industry
  • Autonomous and proactive mindset

  • Able to work in a rapidly evolving field

  • Ability to learn quickly and have the emotional intelligence to work successfully with all employees and hiring managers

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a SaaS company

  • Prior experience using ERP is a bonus

  • Available immediately

  • Fluent in Spanish
