What we expect

We’re hiring a Recruitment Marketing Intern(no travel required) to join our Marketing team!

Odoo’s software, with more than 1,500 downloads a day, is one of the most frequently installed business suites worldwide. We help companies transform how they run their business with diverse apps that streamline processes in every industry. With an active global community, a partners network established in more than 120 countries, and 7 million users worldwide, we’re growing fast and need to hire even faster.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Intern to join our team and help our talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Recruitment Marketing Intern will be responsible for optimizing all job boards, generating high levels of job applications, and promoting Odoo’s culture and unique work environment to possible employers.

  • Manage recruitment platforms daily operations (renew and repost jobs, and improve content as needed)

  • Optimize recruitment platforms performance: number of applications generated, cost per application, number of offers sent out, cost per offer

  • Find and test out new platforms frequently

  • Research and book recruiting events and career fairs
