Customer Success Executive
A sales job for smart people, who care about customers' satisfaction.
You will be responsible of a portfolio of ~150 companies in the Americas. (North + South) Your primary goal is to achieve sales target by driving up customer retention and expansion. You will deal with direct customers and resellers, in a team of 3 people.
To succeed, you need to:
Be smart and learn quickly (we cover a wide range of industries and applications)
Be good in sales
Gain strong understanding of our software and the customer’s business
Have a real problem solving ability
Relentlessly serve as the customer advocate, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Bachelors in business or master
Innovative and assertive with the ability to assess situations quickly
We are a tech company making business apps, you must have interest in this market
Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable in IT.
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, personable and flexible
Speaking spanish is not mandatory, but it’s a plus.
