We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will join the Customer Engagement Team. Our mission is to provide support and help to our existing and potential new customers, and insure their satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be in charge of helping Odoo customers with their use of Odoo business apps through our ticketing and Livechat system and eventually qualifying them in any business opportunity. You will also perform short demo of Odoo apps to convince our prospect and write and deliver high quality content like documentation and videos. You will be the key point between the end-users and Odoo, and will closely work with our other teams (consultants, sales and developers) .

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with their use of

    Odoo business app's

  • Produce high quality content (documentation, videos, webinars)
  • Engage with our visitors and leads (Livechat, marketing automation)
  • Insure customers satisfaction
  • Improve customers' experience

Must have

  • Master degree (economic or IT)
  • Customer oriented
  • It and business affinity
  • Autonomus and fast learner
  • Fluent oral and written English and French
  • Solution minded

With potential value

  • Good knowledge of business processes

  • 0 - 2  years of experience
