Responsibilities

Manage the Business Analyst Team, which is a ~20 person team that is responsible for implementing unique client projects throughout North, Central and South America

Customize Odoo to U.S. & North American Market

Analyze business and engineering resources needed to meet customers’ functional needs and integrate Odoo product into existing computer systems and work flows.

Based upon business and technical requirements of existing partners, make Odoo adjustments that will contribute to increase the acceptance of the Software in the North American market. 

Apply Odoo product software implementation method, which is a systematic, structured approach to effectively integrate the Odoo software components into the workflow of a company or an individual end-user.

Implementation Support

Support Odoo Product Training for End Customers

Territory includes US, Canada, Latin America


Must Have

Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field

Between 2 and 5 years of experience in IT and Business Administration

Excellent planning and communication skills

Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly

An affinity with the IT world, you understand what an ERP is and what open source is

Fluent in Spanish - reading, writing, speaking
