Odoo is a suite of business apps that covers all enterprise management needs: CRM, e-Commerce, Accounting, Project Management, Inventory, POS, etc. We disrupt the enterprise software market by making fully open source, super easy and full featured (3000+ apps) software accessible to SMEs at a competitive cost. 

Our sales department in Dubai is looking for amazing and dynamic Account Managers to join the team.  The team follows mainly the "work hard, play hard" mindset.

Concretely, you will be responsible of a portfolio of 250-300 companies in the MENA area. What's great in this job is the fact that you will deal with direct customers and resellers, in a team of 40 people.

Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets by driving up customer retention and expansion. 


Understanding & developing existing clients

Generating new business

Acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions

Excel in transversal sales & product demonstration

Grow customer lifetime value by proactively engaging clients and serving as their advocate internally

Must Have

Related degree

1 - 5 years of relevant experience

Quick & Autonomous learner

Problem Solver 

Firm understanding of managing client relations

Fluent in Arabic and English

Eligible to relocate to the UAE

Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

Interest in IT
